PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Halifax Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at 7:00 PM in the Town Offices at 246 Branch Road, West Halifax, VT to consider the following:
Application of Merrill Mundell for Francis R. Brown and Barbara E. Brown for a 4-lot subdivision on Reed Hill Road, tax parcel #rdh.3091.
Participation in the local proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
A copy of the application, including a site plan for the proposed subdivision, is available for review at the Town Office during normal business hours.
