ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

MINUTES
April 12, 2011 

Call to Order 

            The meeting was called to order at 8:45 PM.  Members in attendance were Chair Sirean LaFlamme, Howard Alboum, Chris Estep, Norman Fajans, Brian McNeice, William Pusey, and Bradley Rafus.  Others in attendance were Margo Avakian and Secretary Phyllis Evanuk. 

Reorganization 

            The following nominations were made and approved:

Mr. Estep nominated Sirean LaFlamme as Chair; Mr. McNeice seconded the nomination which carried 6-0-1, with Mrs. LaFlamme abstaining.
 
Mr. Pusey nominated Norman Fajans as Vice Chair; Mr. Estep seconded the nomination which carried 6-0-1, with Mr. Fajans abstaining. 

Mr. Pusey nominated Phyllis Evanuk as Secretary; Mr. Estep seconded the nomination which carried 7-0.

 Adjournment 

The meeting adjourned at 8:48 PM.
